Purpose

This report seeks approval to award a contract
to Veran Performance Ltd to undertake ERP Phase 0 Part B
consultancy services to support the Council’s Enterprise
Resource Planning (ERP) replacement programme. Phase 0 Part B
builds on Phase 0 Part A and will enable the Council to finalize
the business case, design blueprints, procurement support, change
strategy, data strategies, and a deployment roadmap in preparation
for the full ERP implementation.

Decision

For the reasons set out in this report, the
Corporate Director has decided to:

Approve the award of the ERP Phase 0 Part B consultancy contract to
Veran Performance Ltd for the total contract value of up to
£499,348.80 (excl. VAT), for a period of 6 months.
