Purpose

This report is to seek approval to vary the
current contract (Consultancy Support for Liverpool City Council
Transformation Portfolio – DN707634) with Inner Circle
Consulting to bring in scope additional resource support through
Area 7 of the contract (Additional Interim Resource Call-Off (LCC
Transformation Portfolio).

Decision

For the reasons set out in this report, the
Corporate Director has decided to:
1)   
Vary the contract with Inner Circle Consulting Limited to bring in
additional resource support through Area 7 of the contract
(Additional Interim Resource Call-Off (LCC Transformation
Portfolio)) at a cost of £177,275 exclusive of VAT to provide
additional resource for Children's Sufficiency Programme and
Transformation SLT.
