Purpose
Contract with Public Health Institute (PHI),
Liverpool John Moores University for three years, from 1st April
2025 until 31st March 2028 for drug and alcohol intelligence and
surveillance systems.
Decision
For the reasons set out in this
report, the Corporate Director has decided to:
Approve a Direct Award of a
contract for the provision of drug and alcohol intelligence and
surveillance systems to JMU Services Ltd for a period of two years,
nine months, from 1st July 2025 until 31st
March 2028 to the total sum of £450,723.64 (excluding VAT,
which is applicable to this contract at standard rate, and
inclusive of the supplementary grant funding).
