contract.

Decision

For the reasons set out in this report, the
Corporate Director has decided to:
1)   
award a contract to The James Mercer Group Limited (company number:
03917286), for a total estimated value of £190,428.45
(excluding VAT) to undertake domestic pipework replacement works at
Pinehurst Primary School, Pinehurst Avenue, Anfield, Liverpool, L4
7UF, following the withdrawal of Liverpool City Council’s
offer to JD Engineering (NW) Ltd further to their application for
administration.
