Approval to award contract to replace the
boiler and associated plant at Banks Road Primary

Decision

For the reasons set out in this report, the
Corporate Director has decided to:
1)   
Award a contract to The James Mercer Group Limited (Company no.
03917286) in the sum of £143,184.82 excluding VAT for the
refurbishment of the plant room at Banks Road Primary School, Banks
Road, Liverpool L19 8JZ for a period of 6 weeks commencing on
21st July 2025 to 31st August 2025.
