Purpose

Approval to award contract for various
condition works to include partial roof replacement, and fire alarm
and boiler replacement at Booker Avenue Infant School.

Decision

For the reasons set out in this report, the
Corporate Director has decided to:
1)   
award a contract to Krol Corlett Construction Limited (company
number: 05974400), for a total estimated value of £317,050.57
(excluding VAT) to undertake condition works comprising of hall
roof replacement, fire alarm upgrades and plant room refurbishment
including replacement boilers, flue, pumps and control panel at
Booker Avenue Infants, Booker Avenue, Liverpool, L18 9SB.
