Purpose

This report seeks approval to extend the
Hydraulic Bollards, otherwise known as the Hostile Vehicle Measures
contract with ATG Access Limited, for 12 months.

Decision

For the reasons set out in this report, the
Corporate Director for Neighbourhoods & Housing has decided
to:
 
1)   
exercise the option to extend the existing Hydraulic Bollards
Maintenance Contract with ATG Access Ltd by 12
months to 28 June 2026 at a cost of £135,776.80 including
VAT.
