Purpose

This report seeks approval to exercise an
option within the Council’s contract with Support Revolution
Limited for software and hardware support and maintenance for the
Council’s Oracle eBusiness Suite to extend the contract for
12 months from 1 December 2025 to 30 November 2026 at a cost of
£134,783 (exc VAT).

Decision

For the reasons set out in this report, the
Corporate Director has decided to:

Exercise an option within the Council’s existing contract
with Support Revolution Limited for software and hardware, support
and maintenance services for the Council’s Oracle eBusiness
Suite to extend the contract for 12 months from 1 December 2025 to
30 November 2026 at an estimated cost of £134,783 (exc
VAT).
