The report sets out the councils response to
an Enforcement Notice served by the Information Commissioner in
relation to its handling of freedom of information requests

Decision

1)   
Endorse the lessons learned exercise and Improvement plan set out
in the Appendix for publication and approve it for publication on
the Council’s website

Alternative options considered

No alternative options have been considered.
Failure to comply with the Enforcement Notice could result in the
council being in contempt of court.
