Purpose

The report seeks to propose an extension to
the removal of concessions in relation to book reservation
charges.

Decision

For the reasons set out in this report, the
Corporate Director has decided to:

Extend the removal of concessions in relation to book reservation
charges.

Alternative options considered

Doing nothing is not an option. If the
decision is not to approve the proposed removal of book reservation
charges, the LMS is unable to be configured to charge the correct
fees and therefore concessions will still need to be applied for
all fees and charges including overdue charges.
