Purpose

The Council have conducted a competitive
procurement exercise through the Highways Planned Works Framework
(HPWF) to procure a contractor to deliver ‘Queens Drive
Highway Improvement Work’ construction works.
This report seeks approval to award a contract on NEC4 Engineering
and Construction Contract (ECC) terms to the successful bidder
following completion of the competitive procurement exercise.
