Full council record

Purpose

Due to the approval to award a contract for
the replacement of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution,
a variation to the current Microsoft Enterprise Agreement is
required in order to cover the first year costs.

Decision

For the reasons set out in this report, the
Director has decided to:
1)
Approve the variation of the current Microsoft Enterprise contract
DN657205 with Phoenix to include the provision of Microsoft
Dynamics licences commencing in December 2025 to the contract end
date of 30 June 2026 at a cost of £110,000, excluding
VAT.

Alternative options considered

The best value procurement award dictates the
use of Microsoft Dynamics licensing and therefore there are no
alternative options than to vary the Microsoft EA and procure via
this route.
