Purpose

This report seeks approval to extend the
current contact for the LMS from 01 July 2026 to 30 June
2027

Decision

For the reasons set out in this report, the
Corporate Director has decided to:
1)   
Approve the decision to extend the current contract, reference:
DN721734, via a contract variation, for the Library Management
System from 1st July 2026 to 30th June 2027
at a cost of £133,564.23 excluding VAT as permitted by the
terms and conditions of the contract.

Alternative options considered

The LMS is business critical and therefore
doing nothing is not an option.
