Commence a procurement exercise to select a suitable specialist
contractor to replace and install a new Air Handling Unit at Peter
Lloyd.

an option if we wish for Peter Lloyd to provide a pool function
again, with a new AHU, the centre would not be able to reopen and
would remain closed.
