The report seeks authority to award a contract (or contracts) following a competitive tender process to appoint a third-party Christmas Market Operator, to deliver high-quality, safe, and commercially viable Festive acctivity at two locations:
1. St George’s Plateau and St John’s Gardens
2. The Pier Head
