Purpose

Report seeking approval of entry into the deed
of adherence and collaboration agreement re Regulatory Services
Partnership

Decision

RESOLVED :
 
A. That Cabinet agreed entry
into the deed of Adherence and Collaboration Agreement annexed to
this report;
B. That Cabinet agreed to
delegate authority to the Executive Director for Environment, Civic
Pride and Climate Change in consultation with the Cabinet Member
for Civic Pride and the Cabinet Member for Transport to make any
further amendments to the Deed of Adherence and the Collaboration
the Agreement prior to it being entered into.
C. Cabinet noted a report was
presented to Full Council on the 22nd January 2025 recommending
that the Regulatory Service Partnership Joint Committee be
dissolved.
