Purpose

Mosaic is the LBM Social Care case management
and finance system used by Children’s Lifelong Learning &
Families (CLLF) and Adults Social Care (ASCICPH) for statutory
service provision. We have reviewed potential system improvements
to incorporate within this contract, with the goal of securing the
most competitive pricing and optimal outcomes. These enhancements
will also align with OFSTED and CQC requirements, as well as meet
the needs of front-line staff and service users.
