Purpose

To consider the representations to the public
notice relating to future proposals for a small area of park
land.

Decision

RESOLVED:
 
That Cabinet:
 
A. Consider and note the
representations raised in response to the council’s
advertisement under the Local Government Act 1972, Section 123 (2A)
of its intention to dispose of an area of land at Cannizaro Park
(“the Subject Land”).
B. Note that the Subject Land
does not fulfil requirements as an operational site and therefore
is surplus as this small strip of land which has not been
maintained by the service for many years.
