Purpose

the existing contract for the provision of Supported Living
services for Adults with a Learning Disability from the expiry of
the initial contract term on 1st November 2025 for a period of 2
further years for which authority is delegated to Executive
Director ASC, IH and PH and Cabinet Member for Health and Social
Care. The extension option is provided for within the contract
terms and the Cabinet approval of the contract award on 27th June
2022.
