Purpose

Further to Cabinet approval, to delegate
authority to the Executive Director of Environment, Civic Pride
& Climate, in consultation with the lead member for Transport,
for the award of the contract, of the Civil Enforcement and Parking
Permit Management system. Following the procurement exercise which
was carried out using the ESPO 509_23 framework, four tender
submissions were reviewed independently by eight officers (four
representing the Business area and four from IT services), this is
the notification of the successful bidder, who is to be awarded the
contract for the provision of the Civil Enforcement and Parking
Permit Management System.
