Merton Adult Learning undertook preliminary market engagement, and an open procurement process under the Procurement Act, to procure a new contract from academic year 26/27. There were a considerable number of activities undertaken to secure a provider to deliver the learning programmes when the current contract expires on 31/07/2026. The new contract will start on the 1st of August 2026. It should be noted that the style of delivery and the community the current provision offers, provides a highly effective culture within the college and for Merton Residents. This report awards the contract to the winning bidder.
