RESOLVED:
Cabinet is asked to:
A. Approve the draft Borough Plan 2026 to 2030 at Appendix A for submission to Full Council for adoption at its meeting on 18 November 2026, subject to any amendments agreed at this meeting.
B. Note the Equality Impact Assessment at Appendix D and have due regard to its findings in reaching this decision.
C. Note the proposed approach to launching the plan and reporting on its delivery, set out in the next steps section of this report.
D. Recommend that Council delegates authority to the Executive Director of Innovation & Change, in consultation with the Leader, to make minor editorial amendments to the plan prior to publication.
