Decision

The Cabinet had before it a report * from the Head of Housing and Health setting out the types of financial assistance and grants that may be offered, the circumstances in which they would be considered and the eligibility criteria that applied. It also explained when financial assistance might be subject to repayment, how charges would be calculated and applied and the approach to managing and recovering debts.

The Cabinet Member for Housing, Asset and Property Services outlined the contents of the report with particular reference to the following:

by the Homes Policy Development Group.
