Purpose

To enter a licence followed by a Deed of Dedication to transfer a strip of land owned by MDDC along Meadow Lane in Cullompton to Devon County Council to become highway, as part of the Cullompton Town Centre Relief Road.

Reasons for the decision

The land is required to undertake highway improvements and extend the existing highway to create a shared footpath/cycleway as part of the Cullompton Town Centre Relief Road.
