Cabinet had before it three recommendations from the Service Delivery and Continuous Improvement Policy Development Group (PDG).

The Leader of the Council outlined the groups discussion with particular reference to the following:

RESOLVED to note the recommendation from the Service Delivery and Continuous Improvement Policy Development Group and for consideration to be made once the detailed data was available, and when design and costing options were known.
