Purpose

To
record a minor update to the March 2025 Council Policy for Empty
Homes and Second Homes Council Tax charges, and continue operation
of the Policy as amended.

Decision

The following decision has been made by
the Cabinet Member for Finance, Revenues and Benefits and will come
into effect at 10:00a.m. on Wednesday 9 July 2025, unless the
call-in procedure is activated. If you wish to request that a
