RESOLVED:
 
Cabinet:
(i) Noted the current forecast outturn and endorse
the report and its contents including the use of Treasury
Management receipts as proposed.
(ii) Approved
updates to Capital and Revenue Programme as proposed.
(iii) Noted Performance reporting at Q2.
