Purpose
East Grinstead Town Council (EGTC) is requesting the release of S106 Local Community Infrastructure (LCI) contributions to enhance the public realm of Railway Approach.
Decision
The Deputy Leader authorised the release of £5,811.28 from S106 PL13-001136 tied to the development of land adjacent to Greenstede House, Wood Street, East Grinstead and £1,437.47 from S106 P35/722 tied to the development of land at Ashplatts & 258 Holtye Road, East Grinstead to fund enhancement of the public realm of Railway Approach.
