RESOLVED:
 
Cabinet:

 

 (i)  Appointed Bidder A
as the Cultural Operator for the new cultural facility on the Clair
Hall site, based on the outcome of the tender evaluation
process.

 

(ii)  Delegated authority
to the Interim Director of Resources and Organisational Development
to enter into all necessary legal agreements with the Cultural
Operator.

 

(iii)Delegated authority to the Interim Director of
Resources and Organisational Development, supported by specialist
market and legal advisors and the Council’s Procurement Team,
to finalise the procurement documents and conduct the public
procurement exercise for the appointment of a Developer.

 

(iv)Delegated authority to the Interim Director of
Resources and Organisational Development, in consultation with the
Deputy Leader, to appoint a Developer at the end of the Developer
procurement process and enter into all necessary legal agreements
with the Developer.
