Decision

The Leader took Members to a vote on the
recommendations as proposed by the Deputy Leader during the
meeting, as follows;
 
Cabinet:
(i) To carefully consider all the
information in the report and its appendices;
(ii) To not accept the bid
submitted by the Haywards Heath Community CIC in the light of the
advice from the specially appointed and independent technical
advisors and officers (details of which are in the report and its
appendices).
 
These were agreed unanimously.
 
RESOLVED:
 
Cabinet:

(ii) Agreed to not accept the bid
submitted by the Haywards Heath Community CIC in the light of the
advice from the specially appointed and independent technical
advisors and officers (details of which are in the report and its
appendices).
