The purpose of the report is to gain approval from the Cabinet Member for Sustainable Economy and Housing to delegate their authority to the Assistant Director - Commercial Services & Contracts to sign a West Sussex County Council Public Highways agreement as agreed and set out in the original report published on 26th September 2025.

The Cabinet Member for Sustainable Economy and Housing agrees to delegate their authority to the Assistant Director - Commercial Services & Contracts to sign the West Sussex County Council (WSCC) standard minor works agreement regarding the carrying out of works on the public highway as agreed in the original report publish on 26th September 2025.
