The Leader took Members to a vote on the recommendations which were agreed unanimously.

RESOLVED

Cabinet:

(i) Approved the appointment of Bidder A as the Preferred Developer for the Clair Hall site.

(ii) Delegated authority to the Director of People and Commercial Services to enter into all necessary legal agreements with the Preferred Developer.

(iii) Made a provision for a contribution of up to £1.5 million from the Place Regeneration Reserve towards the delivery of the new Cultural Facility.
