Purpose

Mid Sussex District Council
(MSDC) is requesting the release of £2,733.06 of
Local
Community Infrastructure (LCI)
contributions to upgrade a faulty CCTV camera near
McDonalds on the A22 London
Road, East Grinstead.

Decision

The Deputy Leader authorised the release of
£2,733.06 of S106 Local Community Infrastructure (LCI)
contributions to fund this project. Comprised of £2,689.23
from S106 PL13-000271 from the development at 65 London Road, East
Grinstead and £43.83 from S106 PL13-000680 from the
development at 33-35 Cantelupe Road.
