Purpose

Authority is sought for the
Release of S106 contributions to Balcombe Parish Church Room Trust
toward improving accessibility as part of a wider project to
upgrade access, the kitchen, boiler and flooring.
 

Decision

The Deputy Leader authorised the release of
the following S106 agreements. The release of £11,802.10 from
S106 Community Buildings contributions arising from the Balcombe
House development to Balcombe Parish Church Room Trust toward
improving accessibility as part of a wider project to upgrade
access, the kitchen, boiler and flooring.
