Purpose

Authority is sought for the
Release of S106 contributions to enable the Scaynes Hill Millennium
Village Centre Trust to replace the kitchen units and appliances to
upgrade the catering facilities.
 

Decision

The Deputy Leader authorised the release of
the following S106 agreements. £22,929.17 from Community
Building contributions arising from the Land at Barn Cottage
development (Ref: PL12- 001487 – DM/16/3119). £7,070.83
from Community Building contributions arising from the Land East of
Gravelye Lane development (Ref: PL12-001309 –
DM/16/5648).
