About
The Adult Social Care and Health Scrutiny Panel reviews and makes recommendations to the Overview and Scrutiny Board on all matters concerning adult social care and health in Middlesbrough. This includes scrutinising decisions, actions, and existing or proposed policies and strategies related to these services, whether developed locally or nationally. The panel also examines service provision, performance information, and any issues affecting the area or its residents, including services delivered by external organisations. Its role is to provide oversight and recommendations, not to make executive decisions.
