Licensing Sub Committee (General)

The Licensing Sub Committee (General) is responsible for deciding on applications, renewals, variations, and revocations of licences for scrap metal dealers in Middlesbrough, as required by the Scrap Metal Dealers Act 2013. This committee has delegated powers from the Council to hear and determine these licensing matters.
