About

Scrutinises services, including highways, transport, waste collections and disposal, landscaping services and Development Control and strategic planning matters.  It also serves as the Council’s statutory scrutiny committee for Flood and Water Risk Management.   Terms of Reference for the Environment and Place Scrutiny Committee are available in the Constitution in Chapter 2 Part 3 - Responsibility for Functions.
