The Joint Health Overview & Scrutiny Committee (JHOSC) is made up of representatives from Bedford, Buckinghamshire, Central Bedfordshire, Luton, and Milton Keynes councils. It scrutinises health matters across the Bedfordshire, Luton, and Milton Keynes Integrated Care System (BLMK ICS). The committee has a strategic role in reviewing the delivery and outcomes of integrated care strategies that affect health services across multiple local authority areas.
