ACTIONS:
1.            
Councillor Mahendran undertook
to ask the Chair of the Environment and Place Scrutiny Committee to
consider including scrutiny of draft policies and practices to
reduce Council pesticide use in their scrutiny work programme for
2025/26.
2.            
Councillor Mahendran undertook
to provide the Council response to the East West Rail Non-Statutory
Consultation to members and the parish, town and community councils
through which the Marston Vale route passes in Milton Keynes City
and further agreed to confirm to Councillor David Hopkins which
station option the Council supported before the response was
submitted.
3.            
Councillor Nayee undertook to
provide a written response to Councillor McLean to confirm when the
grass cutting schedule would be available to view online and
confirmation from officers that litter picking of the verges would
take place before grass cutting.
4.            
Councillor Nayee undertook to
ask officers to meet or write to developers to impress on them the
importance of adhering to the new completion timeframe for the
re-opening of the A509.
5.            
Councillor Nayee undertook to
write to the e-scooter companies that operate in Milton Keynes City
to encourage them to put systems in place to reduce the hire of
e-scooters by unlicensed drivers and to ask officers to schedule
social media posts on the Council channels to raise parental
awareness of the illegal use of e-scooters.
6.            
Councillor Nayee undertook to
see whether he was available to attend the scheduled meeting in
Lavendon to discuss flooding.
7.            
Councillor Nayee undertook to
ask officers to provide Councillor Raja with an update on the
schedule of works to repair the lighting in the underpass at
Westcroft.
8.            
Councillor Fuller undertook to
ask officers to ensure that clear information was made available to
residents at the Chartwell Sheltered Housing Scheme regarding the
current consultation.
9.            
Councillor Nayee undertook to
provide Councillor Ferrans with an update on proposals for changes
to the Monkston roundabout.
