The Sub-Committee resolved to grant a renewal application
for a period of four months.  The
Applicant remains the sole Consent Holder for the duration of the
consent unless a transfer application is granted during that
time.  The Consent Holder will be held
liable for any further breaches of policy or legal
requirements.
