RESOLVED -
1. That the draft
Street Trading Policy 2026/2029, attached at Annex A to the report,
be endorsed.
2. That
Cabinet be recommended to adopt the draft policy at its meeting to
be held on 4 November 2025.
3. That,
once adopted by Cabinet, the policy be emailed to all street
traders.
