RESOLVED:
1.            
That the Schedule of Polling
Districts and Places, reflecting final recommendations set out in
Annex A of the report, be approved.
2.            
That authority be delegated to
the Returning Officer / Director of Law & Governance (in
consultation with the Leaders of Political Groups) to make
necessary changes to the schedule, in order to respond to urgent
issues such as the availability of venues for particular
polls.
