Purpose

To consider a re-procurement of bus route 41,
which operates between West Northamptonshire and Central
Bedfordshire, via northern Milton Keynes and is jointly funded.

Content

1.         That
procurement of a replacement 41 bus route for an initial one-year
contract, with provision for two one-year extensions (1+1+1), via
above threshold open tender under PA2023, be commenced.

2.         That
authority be delegated to the Director - Environment and Property,
in consultation with the Cabinet member for Public Realm, to award
the contract and to agree extensions, subject to continued funding
from neighbouring authorities, continuing to be
available.
