RESOLVED:

1.1    That the GFRA forecast outturn of
£3.308m against budget be noted.

1.2    That the Dashboards to support the outturn
position as set out in Annex A of the report be noted.

1.3    That the reserves position as detailed in
Annex B of the report be noted.

1.4    That Cabinet approved the additions and
amendments to resource allocation and spend approval for the
2025/26 capital programme as set out in Annex C of the
report.

1.5    That the forecast outturn position on the
2025/26 Capital Programme as an overspend of £0.513m after
slippage of £25.538m as detailed in Annex D of this report be
noted.

1.6    That Cabinet approved the additions and
amendments to resource allocation and spend approval for the
2025/26 Tariff programme set out in Annex E.

1.7    That the forecast outturn position on the
2025/26 Tariff Programme as a nil variance after slippage of
£2.924m as detailed in Annex F of this report be
noted.

1.8    That the Treasury Management report
including prudential indicators, as detailed in Annex G of the
report be referred to Council for approval,

1.9    That the virements to the original budget as
detailed in Annex H of the report be approved.

1.10  That Cabinet approved the Debt Write-off exceeding
£0.050m as outlined in paragraph 2.24 and 2.25 of the report,
and noted the reduction of the Business Rates Debit from the three
major retailers that have entered restructuring plans under Part
26A of the Companies Act 2006 detailed in paragraphs 2.26 to 2.28
of the report.
