RESOLVED -
The Sub-Committee resolved to
grant the application as applied for:

1.         That
the premises licence plan to increase the
outdoor licensed area to include the gazebos for the sale of
alcohol, be amended.
2.         That a
new kitchen and accessible toilet be installed.

3.         That the
supply of alcohol (on and off sales) remain as is currently on the
premises licence:
           
Sunday to
Thursday                       
10:00 to 23:30 hours*
           
Friday and
Saturday                      
10:00 to 00:00 hours*
           
New Year's Eve 10:00 until standard hours the next day*
(10:00)

           
*Alcohol supply is not permitted to external areas after 23:00
hours on any night.
4.        
That the existing conditions on the premises licence
be retained.
