Purpose

To consider approving a new Council Housing
Resident Engagement Strategy.

Content

1.         That the
new Resident Engagement Strategy for council tenants, leaseholders
and shared owners, attached as an Annex to the report, be
approved.

2.         That
authority be delegated to the Director of Adult Services, in
consultation with the Cabinet member for Housing, to implement the
Strategy including establishing governance arrangements and
engagement mechanisms.
