Purpose

To consider increasing the Operator and
Vehicle fees by 3.8% for 2026/27.

Content

1.         That
vehicle and operator associated fees and charges, as set out in the
Regulatory Committee report dated 10 December 2025
(Annex A)[1] be endorsed for
adoption as part of the Council budget for 2026/27, to take effect
from 1 April 2026 under Section 70 of the Local Government
(Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976.

2.         That
driver associated fees and charges as set out in the Regulatory Committee report dated 10 December 2025 (Annex
A)[2] be endorsed for
adoption as part of the Council budget for 2026/27, to take effect
from 1 April 2026 under Section 53 of the Local Government
(Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976.
