RESOLVED:
1.1 That Cabinet notes that a further report to
consider a revised Agora regeneration framework will be brought to
the executive in March 2026 reflecting the Council’s
continued commitment to this priority.
1.2 That Cabinet further notes that if it
approves the revised proposals in March, a subsequent report will
be presented to Council on 18 March 2026 seeking approval of the
revised borrowing and revenue implications associated with the
regeneration.
