To do nothing

Funding will be unspent and will be returned to the HSF, negatively
impacting local sports clubs.

Clubs are unable to expand their current provision to support
getting more children and young people through structured and well
governed organisations.

MKCC is brought into disrepute by promoting a funding opportunity
and not delivering on it.
